Task 5: Evaluation
To sum up I have learned very much within this class. The class provided a lot of new tools and new homepages which I did not know before. It was a very good preparation for the use of new media at school as well as it gave us lots of ideas for teaching material and where teaching ideas and material can be find online. Furthrmore, the class showed us what we have to have in mind for example virus protection or other legal regulations, if we use online tools or others at school. Concerning helpful web pages and interesting online tools, I listed a few of them which I think are quite useful, under my links. I provided links which can be used in class as well as links which are helpful for you as a teacher. Therefore, this class gets a thumb up because it was helpful, interesting, well structured and organized.
For myself the most interesting and helpful web pages are for example: bitstrips.com (for creating comics) and storybird.com (writing stories online) which are good links to use in class for every grade. Furthermore, lehrer-online.de/ is a very helpful page to gain new ideas and material for lessons. As a final example, I think the "Digitale Schoolbag" is a good tool, because you as a teacher has the chance to have all important tools as Open Office, Firefox, Irfanview, Rota and many, many more on your own memory stick which is quite handy. Therefore, you never need to download any tools because there are all installed on your memory stick, which you can use on every computer
All in all, I think such a class has to be obligating for each student who want to become a teacher.
